Program Overview
Leadership Hayward is a professional development program that welcomes leaders at every stage of their
career from organizations throughout Hayward providing participants with essential knowledge, tools, and
opportunities to advance their leadership capabilities in service to their community. Participants engage in
nine comprehensive full-day sessions led by industry experts representing the full range of business,
government, nonprofit, and educational sectors.Who Should Apply

Academic Credit
Through our partnership with California State University, East Bay, University Extension, participants can earn
2.0 units of Continuing Education credit upon successful completion of the program.

Program Investment:
- Tuition: $1,275 per participant before June 30, 2026 - $1,475 beginning July 1, 2026
